ESTABLISHING FIRST STREET AS A ONE-WAY STREET IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION
In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article IV “Operation of Motor Vehicles”, Division 5 “One-Way Streets”, Section 13-141 “At all times” of the Nashua Revised Ordinance as amended, be and hereby is further amended by adding the following paragraph in the appropriate alphabetical order: “First Street: All vehicles operating on First Street shall travel in a southerly direction.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
