Bill Text: CREATING ADDITIONAL NO PARKING ZONES AND NO PARKING OR STOPPING ZONES DURING OR AROUND SCHOOL HOURS NEAR THE NORTH HIGH SCHOOL
In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by: 1. In Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, subsection (s), add the following streets in the appropriate alphabetical order: “Algonquin Lane, both sides Aztec Road, both sides Broadcrest Lane, both sides Camanche Street, both sides Denver Drive, both sides Edmond Drive, both sides Hopi Drive, both sides Huron Drive, both sides Inca Drive, both sides Iroquois Road, both sides Kanata Drive, both sides Knowlton Drive, both sides Marie Avenue, both sides Seminole Drive, both sides Sioux Avenue, both sides Upstone Drive, both sides” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs.
