TO GATED EMERGENCY ACCESS ONLY
O R D I N A N C E C I T Y O F N A S H U A In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 16 “Planning”, Article II “City Planning Board”, Section 16-22 “Official Map of City”, is hereby amended by adding the following new paragraphs: “(d) The way shown as “Future Street Extension” between Cathedral Circle and property identified as Sheet F, Lot 21 on plan of land entitled “Parrish Hill Estates, Phase II” recorded in the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds as Plan 18062, shall be used for gated emergency access only. (e) The way between Lots 953 and 954 on Pope Circle shall be used for gated emergency access only if deemed necessary by the Planning Board and for no other purpose.” |
