| Bill Text: | REVISING THE ORDER OF THE HANDICAPPED PARKING ORDINANCE AND ESTABLISHING TWO HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES IN FRONT
OF 50 ASH STREET
In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-290 “Handicapped parking”, subsection (1) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting the alphabetical lettering listing the handicapped parking spaces and replacing it with an alphabetical order method by street name in keeping with the layout of the other ordinances in that chapter and by adding a new paragraph, in the appropriate alphabetical order, as follows: “Ash Street: Two (2) parking spaces in front of 50 Ash Street on the west side of the street.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
