| Bill Text: | REMOVING THE NO PARKING ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF SPRUCE STREET, BETWEEN TEMPLE STREET AND WORCESTER STREET In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-287 “No parking or stopping on certain streets”, subsection (a) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by adding the language in underlined italics and deleting the struck-through language as shown: “Spruce Street, west side, from TempleWorcester Street southerly to Railroad right-of-way” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
