| Bill Text: | REQUIRING THE MAYOR TO DELIVER AN ANNUAL STATE-OF-THE CITY ADDRESS TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN In the Year Two Thousand and Two RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Nashua that Chapter 2 “Administration”, Article II “Board of Aldermen”, Division 1 “Generally”, Section 2-22 “Meetings”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances be further amended by adding the following new subsection: “(e) The mayor shall deliver an annual state-of-the-city address before the Board of Aldermen at a meeting of that body held on the third Tuesday of February. The only business of that meeting shall be the mayor’s address and the provisions of NRO Section 2-38 shall not apply.” |
