Bill Text: CREATING NO PARKING ZONES DURING SCHOOL HOURS ON BOTH SIDES OF ALL OF SOUHEGAN DRIVE AND SANBORN DRIVE AND A PORTION OF CHEYENNE DRIVE
In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by adding the following new subsection (s): “(s) No parking shall be permitted on the following streets during school hours: Souhegan Drive, both sides Sanborn Drive, both sides Cheyenne Drive, both sides, between Sanborn Drive and Huron Drive” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs.
