Bill Text: ESTABLISHING USAGE REGULATIONS FOR STELLOS STADIUM
In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 15, entitled "Parks, recreation, and sports", Article II thereof, entitled “Parks and Playgrounds”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be and hereby is further amended by the addition of a new section 15-17 as follows: “Sec 15-17. – Regulations governing the use of Stellos Stadium The following restrictions shall apply to the usage of Stellos Stadium under the control of the Parks and Recreation Department. (1) The use of Stellos Stadium shall be restricted to events of a non-professional nature serving directly the youth of the City of Nashua (2) No person shall operate a public address system at Stellos Stadium before Noon on Sunday and 9:00 AM on Saturday. Use of a Public Address system at Stellos Stadium shall be in conformance with rules and regulations established by the Division of Public Works. (3) Except for the use of a public address system as provided in subsection (2), no person shall operate any cannon, air horn, or other noisemaking device at Stellos Stadium if such device can be heard in the surrounding homes.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
