| Bill Text: | AMENDING THE LANGUAGE DESCRIBING FLOOD PLAIN DISTRICT DELINEATION In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 16, entitled "Planning", Article VII “Zoning”, Division 18 “Floodplain Development”, Section 16-507, “District Delineation”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting the struck-through language and/or adding new language in italics as follows: “Sec. 16-507. District Delineation. The following regulations in this division shall apply to all lands designated as special flood hazard areas by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or its successor agency in its “Flood Insurance Study for the City of Nashua, NH” together with the associated flood insurance rate maps, and flood boundary and floodway maps of the city dated June 15, 1979 September 20, 2000, and any amendments thereto, which are declared to be a part of this division and are hereby incorporated by reference. All other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective upon passage. |
