| Bill Text: | ESTABLISHING A 25 M.P.H. SPEED LIMIT ON BULOVA DRIVE, DUDLEY STREET, ELGIN STREET, JUNE STREET AND MARCH STREET In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article IV “Operation of Motor Vehicles”, Division 4 “Speed Limits”, Section 13-121 “Speed limit signs”, subsection (a)(6) thereof of the revised ordinances of Nashua, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding the following streets to the twenty-five (25) miles per hour list in the appropriate alphabetical order: “Bulova Drive Dudley Street Elgin Street June Street March Street” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal and installation of the appropriate signs. |
