Bill Text: CREATING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF MANCHESTER STREET NEAR ITS INTERSECTION WITH ABBOTT STREET
In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, subsection (a), of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by adding the following new paragraph under the heading “Manchester Street”: “West side, from its intersection with Abbott Street northerly for a distance of eighty (80) feet.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs.
