| Bill Text: | CREATING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BROAD STREET BETWEEN PINE HILL AVENUE AND THE NORTHEASTERLY TERMINUS OF EXIT 6 OF THE F.E. EVERETT TURNPIKE In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, subsection (a) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by adding the following paragraph under the heading “Broad Street”: “North side, between Pine Hill Avenue and the northeasterly terminus of Exit 6 of the F.E. Everett Turnpike” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
