| Bill Text: | ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WATER STREET
In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-289 “Loading zones” of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by adding new language underlined as follows: “Sec. 13-289. Loading zones. (a) The following areas are designated as loading zones, and no parking shall be permitted therein between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday: … (b) The following areas are designated as loading zones, and no parking shall be permitted therein between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and no vehicle utilizing these loading zones shall be stationed or remain for a period exceeding one (1) hour: Water Street, north side from the entrance to Le Parc de Notre Renaissance Française easterly for a distance of forty (40) feet.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
