Bill Text: PROHIBITING MOTOR VEHICLES IN PARKS
In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, Chapter 15 “Parks, Recreation and Sports”, Article 2 “Parks and Playgrounds”, Sec. 15-16 “Prohibited acts”, subsection (a) (8) be further amended by deleting the struck-through language and/or adding new language as underlined as follows: “ARTICLE II. PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS Sec. 15-16. Prohibited acts. (a) In all parks, playgrounds, pools and other city recreational facilities, no person shall: … (8) Operate any motorized vehicle, including but not limited to, cars, trucks, snowmobiles, minibikes or other powered bikes except in those areas so designated and only during the times so designated by the superintendent;”
