| Bill Text: | EXPANDING THE DESCRIPTION OF PARKING METER PAYMENT
TO INCLUDE A MONEY CARD OPTION
O R D I N A N C E C I T Y O F N A S H U A In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 3 “Parking Meters”, Section 13-242, “Purpose; operation of meters”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances be amended by deleting subsection (b) and replacing it with the following: “(b) Parking a vehicle within a parking zone for a period of time not longer than the established time limit shall be permitted only upon the payment of a coin or coins of the United States, or a money card equivalent, as designated on the parking meter and payment shall be made by depositing such coin, coins or money card equivalent in the parking meter adjacent to the space occupied by such vehicle and by setting the time device upon such parking meter in operation.” |
