| Bill Text: | UPDATING THE REQUIRED USE OF PARKING METER FEES
O R D I N A N C E C I T Y O F N A S H U A In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 3 “Parking Meters”, Section 13-243 “Use of fees”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, be further amended by deleting the section in its entirety and replacing it with the following: “Sec. 13-243. Use of fees. The revenue derived from the use of meters shall be expended to finance the purchase, maintenance and policing of such meters or to maintain and improve streets and highways, or to acquire, construct, improve, maintain and manage public parking areas and public transportation systems, or for any combination of the foregoing purposes, but for no purpose not expressly authorized in this section.” |
