Bill Text: AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF LAND AND BUILDINGS AT 84 TEMPLE STREET, MAP 34 LOT 21 FOR USE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SENIOR CENTER PROJECT
In the Year Two Thousand and Three RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Nashua that the Mayor and Corporation Counsel are authorized to do all things necessary to acquire in the name of the City of Nashua a certain parcel with improvements thereon at 84 Temple Street identified as Lot 21 on Tax Map 34, owned by Peter Tamulonis, for a purchase price of $100,000 plus closing costs. Said property, which is adjacent to the Senior Center site, shall be used as part of the Senior Center project authorized in Resolution 03-213 and 03-173. The source of funds shall be the bond proceeds authorized in Resolution 03-173.
