| Bill Text: | CREATING A NO PARKING ZONE ON BOTH SIDES OF PATTEN COURT
NEAR ITS INTERSECTION WITH LEDGE STREET
O R D I N A N C E C I T Y O F N A S H U A In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, subsection (a) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by adding the following new paragraphs in the appropriate alphabetical order: “Patten Court, west side, from its intersection with Ledge Street south for a distance of sixty (60) feet East side, from its intersection with Ledge Street south for a distance of fifty-five (55) feet” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
