Bill Text: AUTHORIZING STOP SIGNS ON BAYMEADOW DRIVE AND WHITE OAK DRIVE AT THEIR INTERSECTION WITH THORNTON ROAD
O R D I N A N C E C I T Y O F N A S H U A In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 "Motor Vehicles and Traffic", Article III "Traffic-Control Devices", Section 13-37 "Stop signs", part (b) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances be amended as follows: 1. Add the following paragraph under the heading “Baymeadow Drive”: “Authority is hereby granted for the installation of a stop sign on the southwest corner of Baymeadow Drive at its intersection with Thornton Road.” 2. Add the following new subsection in the appropriate alphabetical order: “White Oak Drive: Authority is hereby granted for the installation of a stop sign on the northeast corner of White Oak Drive at its intersection with Thornton Road.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of installation of the necessary signs.
