Bill Text: APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REQUIRING FUTURE APPROPRIATIONS AS THE CITY’S SHARE OF A PROJECT TO RECONSTRUCT BROAD STREET WESTERLY FROM COLISEUM AVENUE TO COBURN AVENUE INCLUDING IMPROVEMENTS TO DUBLIN AVENUE
In the Year Two Thousand and Three RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Nashua that the City of Nashua and the Department of Public Works are authorized to accept and appropriate funds from the New Hampshire Department of Transportation and that the attached “Agreement for Nashua State Project: 13931 Federal Project: X-A000(119),” for a project to reconstruct Broad Street westerly from Coliseum Avenue to Coburn Avenue including Dublin Avenue, obliging the City to appropriate more than $900,000 in future years, is hereby approved.
