| Bill Text: | AMENDING THE PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON WILL STREET In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended as follows: 1. In Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, subsection (a), delete the struck-through language and add new underlined language as follows: “Will Street, bothnorth sides from the southwest corner of Will Street at Simon Street easterly to the opposite side of the Downtown Connector Hiking Trailits terminus at Ninth Street. South side, one hundred eight-six (186) feet east of the corner of Will Street and Simon Street easterly to its terminus at Ninth Street.” 2. In Division 2 “Parking Time Limits in Non-parking-lot Areas”, Section 13-220 “Two-hour parking”, subsection (a), add the following new paragraph in the appropriate alphabetical order: “Will Street, south side, beginning at the intersection of Will Street and Simon Street for a distance of one hundred eighty-six (186) feet in an easterly direction.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
