| Bill Text: | REVISING THE REGULATIONS REGARDING WITHHOLDING OF BUILDING PERMITS AFTER FIRST LEGAL NOTICE OF AN INCONSISTENT PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT TO ALLOW FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF A COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE REVISION WHICH WOULD TAKE EFFECT ONLY ON FINAL APPROVAL In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter VI, entitled "Building Regulations", Article I thereof, entitled “In General”, Section 6-3 thereof, entitled "Building permits and zoning ordinance changes", of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be and hereby is further amended by the addition of a new paragraph (d) as follows: (d) The provisions of paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) of this section shall not apply to any proposed ordinance which, if passed, would completely replace the zoning ordinance of the city, and such ordinance shall take effect only upon the effective date specified in the o rdinance upon final passage. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage. |
