| Bill Text: | PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE AND TERMINUS
OF PATTEN COURT, YEAR-ROUND
In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets” of the Nashua Revised Ordinances as amended, hereby be further amended as follows: 1. In subsection (a), delete the struck-through language and add the new underlined language as follows: “Patten Court, west side, from its intersection with Ledge Street south for a distance of sixty (60) feet east side, from its intersection with Ledge Street southerly, including its terminus. East side, from its intersection with Ledge Street south for a distance of fifty-five (55) feet” 2. Delete subsection (t) in its entirety. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
