| Bill Text: | PROHIBITING LEFT TURNS ONTO CANAL STREET FROM THE EXIT OF THE WESTERN PARKING LOT LOCATED AT 42 MAIN STREET (DUNKIN’ DONUTS) In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article IV “Operation of Motor Vehicles”, Division 2 “Turning Movements”, Section 13-77 “Left turn prohibited – At all times”, subsection (a), as amended, be hereby further amended by adding the following new paragraph in the appropriate alphabetical order: “Canal Street. There shall be no left turn onto Canal Street from the exit of the western parking lot located at 42 Main Street.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
