| Bill Text: | ESTABLISHING A FIFTEEN-MINUTE PARKING TIME LIMIT ZONE ON
A PORTION OF PINE STREET NEAR KINSLEY STREET
In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking & Stopping”, Division 2 “Parking Time Limits in Non-parking-lot Areas”, Section 13-217 “Fifteen-minute parking”, subsection (a), of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be hereby further amended by adding the following new paragraph under the heading “Pine Street”: “East side, starting ninety-two (92) feet south of Kinsley Street for a distance of forty-eight (48) feet” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
