| Bill Text: | CREATING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF DUDLEY STREET ADJACENT TO SUNSET HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
CITY OF NASHUA In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, subsection (a) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by adding the following new paragraph in the appropriate alphabetical order: “Dudley Street, west side, from the corner of Linton Street north to the property line of Sunset Heights Elementary School” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
