Bill Text: REDUCING THE TWO HOUR PARKING TIME LIMIT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SCHOOL STREET TO A FIFTEEN MINUTE PARKING TIME LIMIT BEGINNING A DISTANCE OF TWENTY-FIVE (25) FEET EASTERLY FROM WALNUT STREET AND A DISTANCE OF TWENTY-FIVE (25) FEET IN ADDITION TO A DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR (134) FEET EASTERLY FROM WALNUT STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF FIFTY (50) FEET
In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 2 “Parking Time Limits in Non-parking-lot Areas”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by the following: 1. In Section 13-220 “Two-hour parking”, subsection (a), amend by deleting the struck through language: “East School Street, south side and east side” 2. In Section 13-217 “Fifteen-minute parking”, subsection (a), add the following paragraph in the appropriate alphabetical order: “School Street, south side, beginning a distance of twenty-five (25) feet easterly from Walnut street, a distance of twenty-five (25) feet in addition to a distance of one hundred thirty-four (134) feet easterly from Walnut Street for a distance of fifty (50) feet. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs.
