| Bill Text: | AMENDING THE NO PARKING ZONE ON MAIN STREET NEAR ITS INTERSECTION WITH EAST HOLLIS STREET In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, subsection (a) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by deleting the struck-through language and adding the new underlined language under the heading “Main Street” as follows: “Main Street, … … East side, from the north line of East Hollis Street to the Worcester and Portland Division of the Boston & Maine Railroad tracksto the Worcester and Portland Division of the Boston & Maine Railroad tracks northerly for a distance of two hundred and eighty (280) feet.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs and upon the completion of the new construction at 220 Main Street (Citizen’s Bank). |
