| Bill Text: | REDUCING THE NUMBER OF METERED PARKING SPACES IN THE FACTORY STREET PARKING LOT In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 3 “Parking Meters”, Section 13-249 “Parking time limits – Parking lots”, subsection (a)(1) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting the struck-through language and adding the new underlined language as follows: “(1) Factory Street parking lot: Forty-nine (49)Twenty-five (25) two-hour meters between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
