| Bill Text: | ESTABLISHING TWO HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES IN THE MAPLE STREET PARKING LOT In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-290 “Handicapped parking”, subsection (1) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following new paragraph in the appropriate alphabetical order: “Maple Street Parking Lot: Two (2) head-in parking spaces in the northwest corner of the parking lot.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
