| Bill Text: | ESTABLISHING A HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE IN THE HIGH STREET PARKING LOT In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-290 “Handicapped parking”, subsection (1) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following new paragraph in the appropriate alphabetical order: “High Street Parking Lot: One (1) head-in parking space in the southeast corner of the parking lot.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
