| Bill Text: | PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF TRACTOR TRAILER TRUCKS ON LEDGE STREET AND MAPLE STREET In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-291 “Parking of tractor trailer trucks permitted on certain streets”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by deleting the following struckthrough language: “Ledge Street, between the F.E. Everett Turnpike and Houde Street” “Maple Street” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
