| Bill Text: | MOVING THE LOCATION OF ONE OF THE TWO HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES IN THE WATER STREET PARKING LOT In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-290 “Handicapped parking”, subsection (1) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting the struck-through language, adding the new underlined language as follows: “Water Street Parking Lot: One (1) head-in parking space near rear entrance to 23 Factory Street; One (1) head-in parking space in the northeast corner of the parking lot;” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
