| Bill Text: | AUTHORIZING THE REMOVAL OF A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN THE WATER STREET PARKING LOT BEHIND THE PREMISES LOCATED AT 23 FACTORY STREET AND REPLACING WITH A METERED SPACE
In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 3 “Parking Meters”, Section 13-249 “Parking time limits – Parking lots”, subsection (a) (10) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances as amended, be further amended by deleting the struck-through language and adding the new underlined language as follows: “(10) Water Street parking lot: Forty-four (44) two-hour meters between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily except Thursdays, when the hours shall be 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;” The (formerly) reserved parking space behind the premises located at 23 Factory Street will be replaced by a metered parking space. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of installation or removal of the necessary sign(s) and meter(s). |
