| Bill Text: | CHANGING THE ONE-HOUR PARKING ZONE TO A NO-PARKING ZONE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MULBERRY STREET BETWEEN MAIN STREET AND
MAPLE STREET
In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows: 1. In Division 2 “Parking Time Limits in Non-Parking-Lot Areas”, Section 13-219 “One-hour parking”, subsection (f), delete the following phrase under the heading “Mulberry Street”: “north side, from Main Street to Maple Street” 2. In Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, subsection (a), add the following paragraph under the heading “Mulberry Street”: “North side, between Main Street and Maple Street” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
