Bill Text: AMENDING THE TIME OF THE NO PARKING ZONES NEAR THE NORTH HIGH SCHOOL FROM “DURING SCHOOL HOURS” TO 7 A.M. TO 10 A.M., MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WHILE SCHOOL IS IN SESSION WEST OF EDMOND DRIVE
In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, subsection (s) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by changing the first sentence of subsection (s) by adding the underlined language and deleting the struckthrough language as follows: “(s) No parking shall be permitted on the following streets west of Edmond Drive during school hoursbetween the hours of 7 a.m. through 10 a.m., Monday through Friday while school is in session: Tilton Street, Cheshire Street, Piermont Street, Nelson Street…” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs.
