| Bill Text: | AMENDING THE ZONING MAP BY CHANGING A TRACT NORTHEAST OF AMHERST STREET FROM PARK INDUSTRIAL (PI) TO GENERAL BUSINESS (GB) In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 16 “Planning”, Article VII “Zoning”, Division 2, "Establishment of Districts", Section 16-182 “Zoning Map”, is hereby amended by changing the following described tract from Park Industrial (PI) to General Business (GB): The tract shown on the attached plan entitled “Plat of Lands of Paul E. Kerouac, Amherst St. (N.H. Rte. #101A), Nashua, New Hampshire” prepared by DuBois & King, Inc., dated July, 1998. |
