| Bill Text: | CREATING A NO PARKING ZONE DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER THROUGH APRIL ON THE EAST SIDE AND TERMINUS OF PATTEN COURT In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by adding the following new subsection (t): “(t) No parking shall be permitted on the following streets during the months of November through April: Patten Court, east side and terminus” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
