44 EAST HOLLIS STREET
In the Year Two Thousand and Three The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article IV “Operation of Motor Vehicles”, Division 2 “Turning Movements”, Section 13-77 “Left turn prohibited – At all times”, subsection (a) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, hereby be further amended by adding the following new paragraph in the appropriate alphabetical order: “East Hollis Street. There shall be no left turn onto East Hollis Street from 44 East Hollis Street.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
