| Bill Text: | AUTHORIZING A THREE-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF
PALISADE DRIVE AND MEADOW BROOK DRIVE
O R D I N A N C E C I T Y O F N A S H U A In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 "Motor Vehicles and Traffic", Article III "Traffic-Control Devices", Section 13-37 "Stop signs", part (b) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances as amended, be further amended as follows: 1. Delete the following paragraph under the heading “Meadow Brook Drive” “Meadow Brook Road is hereby designated a stop or through street at the intersection of Meadow Brook Drive and Palisade Drive, and authority is hereby granted for the erection of a stop sign on Palisade Drive in accordance with the tenor of this chapter.” 2. Add the following paragraph under the heading “Meadow Brook Drive”: “Authority is hereby granted for the installation of a stop sign on the northeast corner of Meadow Brook Drive at its intersection with Palisade Drive.” 3. Add the following paragraph under the heading “Palisade Drive”: “Authority is hereby granted for the installation of stop signs on the southeast and northwest corners of Palisade Drive at its intersection with Meadow Brook Drive.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of installation of the necessary signs. |
