| Bill Text: | ESTABLISHING A TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BROAD STREET BETWEEN HARDY STREET AND KIRK STREET In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 2 “Parking Time Limits in Non-Parking-Lot Areas”, Section 13-220 “Two-hour parking”, subsection (a), be amended by adding the following new paragraph in the appropriate alphabetical order: “Broad Street, north side, between Hardy Street and Kirk Street” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
