| Bill Text: | ESTABLISHING A HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE IN FRONT OF 69 PALM STREET In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-290 “Handicapped parking”, subsection (1) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding a new paragraph in the appropriate alphabetical order, as follows: “Palm Street: One (1) parking space in front of 69 Palm Street on the west side of the street.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
