| Bill Text: | ESTABLISHING A 30 M.P.H. SPEED LIMIT ON THAT PORTION OF EAST DUNSTABLE ROAD BETWEEN SPIT BROOK ROAD AND LAMB ROAD In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article IV “Operation of Motor Vehicles”, Division 4 “Speed Limits”, Section 13-121 “Speed limit signs”, subsection (a)(8) thereof of the revised ordinances of Nashua, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding the following portion of a street to the thirty (30) miles per hour list in the appropriate alphabetical order: “East Dunstable Road, between Spit Brook Road and Lamb Road” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal and installation of the appropriate signs. |
