| Bill Text: | AUTHORIZING A STOP SIGN ON LAMB ROAD AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH EAST DUNSTABLE ROAD In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article III “Traffic-Control Devices”, Section 13-37 “Stop signs”, subsection (b) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances as amended, be further amended by adding the following new paragraph under the heading “Lamb Road”: “Authority is hereby granted for the installation of a stop sign on the southwest corner of Lamb Road at its intersection with East Dunstable Road.” AND FURTHER BE AMENDED by adding the following new paragraph under the heading “East Dunstable Road”: “Authority is hereby granted for the installation of stop signs on the northwest and northeast corners of the intersection of East Dunstable Road, East Dunstable Road, and Lamb Road” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of installation of the necessary signs. |
