| Bill Text: | ALLOWING TWO PARKING SPACES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SARGENT AVENUE In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-278 “School parking restrictions”, subsection (1), under the heading “Sargent Avenue”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting the struck-through language and adding the new underlined language as follows: “Sargent Avenue, north side, one hundred thirty-five feet (135’) from its intersection with Amherst Street west east a distance of one thousand fifty nine hundred fifteen (1,050 915) feet to its intersection with Dartmouth Street.” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
