| Bill Text: | ESTABLISHING A FIFTEEN-MINUTE PARKING TIME LIMIT ZONE IN FRONT OF
44 WEST HOLLIS STREET
In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking & Stopping”, Division 2 “Parking Time Limits in Non-parking-lot Areas”, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows: 1. In Section 13-217 “Fifteen-minute parking”, subsection (a), add the following paragraph under the heading “West Hollis Street”: “South side, in front of 44 West Hollis Street” 2. In Section 13-219 “One-hour parking”, subsection (a), after the language “West Hollis Street, south side, from the westerly of Elm Street, Westerly to Chestnut Street” add the following language: “except for in front of 44 West Hollis Street” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
