| Bill Text: | REMOVING THE TWO-HOUR PARKING TIME LIMIT ON ELM STREET BETWEEN OTTERSON STREET AND BELMONT STREET In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 2 “Parking Time Limits in Non-parking-lot Areas”, Section 13-220 “Two-hour parking”, subsection (a) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by deleting the following language under the heading “Elm Street”: “East side, from Belmont Street to Otterson Street” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
