| Bill Text: | CREATING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE SOUTHEASTERN SIDE AND CUL-DE-SAC OF PITTSBURGH AVENUE
In the Year Two Thousand and Two The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 13 “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”, Article V “Parking and Stopping”, Division 4 “No Parking, Standing, Stopping in Specified Areas”, Section 13-288 “No parking on certain streets”, subsection (a) of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by adding the following new paragraph in the appropriate alphabetical order: “Pittsburgh Avenue, south side, and the entire cul-de-sac” All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal or installation of the necessary signs. |
