Road Construction
 
Expect traffic delays and lane closures at all locations
 
Work is weather dependent, so schedules may vary slightly.   At time of posting (last update 11/12/09), schedule is as follows:

Haines Street Sewer Separation Project
The construction of new storm drains and sanitary sewers in the vicinity of Dolan, Allds, and Haines Streets is ongoing.  Major disruption of the roadway and detours should be expected  Streets will be open to local traffic. Expect lane closures and a rough riding surface. Completion expected in December 2009.

November 16, 17 and 18 - Allds Street between McKean Street and King Street will likely be closed from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm due to construction.  Traffic will be directed by signs and flaggers to use a detour.  Allds Street will be reopened every day at the close of work. Follow the designated detours or seek alternate routes.  Click here for map.

City of Nashua 2009 Sidewalk Program

Lund Road and South Main Street

Work has begun on South Main Street for the reconstruction of sidewalk and curb on the east side of the street from its intersection with East Hobart to its intersection with Beausite Drive.  Expect periodic alternating one-way traffic through the construction zone.  Construction will continue until November 30, 2009.

Work begun on Lund Road for the construction of sidewalk and curb on the north side of the street from its intersection with Forge Drive to its intersection with Almont Street.  Expect periodic alternating one-way traffic through the construction zone.  Construction will continue until November 30, 2009.

Broad Street

Work has begun on Broad Street for the construction of sidewalk and curb on the south side of the street from west of its intersection with Broadcrest Lane to Broad Street Elementary School.  Expect periodic alternating one-way traffic through the construction zone.  Construction will continue until November 30, 2009.
