The City Clerk is responsible for issuing the following permits and licenses. The relevant sections from Nashua’s Code of Ordinances are cited next to each entry. You can review the specific ordinance by searching our online code. Please note that the Code includes ordinances approved through February 22, 2005. Ordinances approved since that date should also be reviewed for possible amendments to the Codebook.
